Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Brewwa. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, clean, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts. Items that show signs of use, damage not caused during delivery, or missing components may not be eligible for a return.

Start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
